The following is an outline of your rights when making purchases with Abby Rose Clothing. We are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Abby Rose Clothing reserves the right to make changes to any of the content on www.abbyroseclothing.com without notice.

Customers must provide Abby Rose Clothing with complete and accurate details when making purchases. Abby Rose Clothing is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or the customer is not home to accept the delivery. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any errors made by Australia Post or any delivery company.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Abby Rose Clothing recognises that protection, safety and privacy of customer information is very important. Therefore, Abby Rose Clothing uses a variety of physical and electronic security measures to ensure that all customer information is secure from misuse, disclosure, loss or unauthorised access. 

Such measures include firewalls, secure databases and fraud prevention systems. Abby Rose Clothing ensures that all customer information disclosed during the registration and checkout process is kept confidential and is solely used for the purpose of processing a customer’s order. Abby Rose Clothing guarantees that all customer information is in no way disclosed to any third parties.

Abby Rose Clothing does not store customer credit card details at any time; therefore Abby Rose Clothing can assure all customers with consumer confidence and satisfaction.

PURCHASE PRICE
All prices listed on www.abbyroseclothing.com are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Our prices do not include postage costs, all postage costs will be added during the checkout process.

Abby Rose Clothing reserves the right to change any listed price without notice. In the event of incorrect pricing due to an error in data entry, Abby Rose Clothing can cancel the order. If the payment has already been made the customer will receive a full refund which may take up to 7 business days to be processed.

PAYMENT
Abby Rose Clothing accepts payment via credit card, debit (Visa / MasterCard), PayPal and Afterpay.
After an order has been completed and payment has successfully been processed the customer will receive confirmation of their order and payment via the email address provided during checkout.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Abby Rose Clothing processes customer orders on business days only (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays in Victoria.
Once a customer’s order has been dispatched, the customer can expect to receive an automated email with their tracking details via Australia Post.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Abby Rose Clothing may be subject to cancel a customer’s order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. Abby Rose Clothing will contact the customer immediately should this occur.

REFUNDS
Abby Rose Clothing fully complies with the Australian Consumer Law and are not required to offer a customer a refund for change of mind on an item or incorrect size. We encourage all customers to see our Size Guide before making any purchase.

Abby Rose Clothing assesses each item prior to dispatch. If a customer receives an item(s) with a fault prior to it being worn the customer is entitled to a full refund on the item providing the original tag(s) are attached. We encourage all customers to try on the item before removing the tag(s), Abby Rose Clothing can refuse a refund for any item(s) returned without the original tag attached or if the tag has been altered in any way. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Abby Rose Clothing reserves the right to refuse a refund on an item if:

  • The item appears to have been worn
  • The original tags are no longer attached to the item or the tag appears to be altered and reattached by the customer
  • The item is returned after the 30 day return period
  • The item is not returned in the same condition when dispatched

To return a faulty item, the customer is required to complete the returns form that accompanies your package or alternatively can be downloaded from our Returns page. The Returns Form must be posted with the item(s) to the address provided on the form, alternatively customers can return the item directly in store at our Burwood East location. If a customer returns the item(s) directly to the Abby Rose Clothing Store we will assess the item(s), if declared faulty, we will process a refund via the same payment method used by the customer to purchase the item(s). Any customers returning an item(s) directly to the store must provide proof of purchase (invoice that was dispatched with your order) and the completed returns form.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non refundable. We recommend returning items with tracking activated, as any returned items that are not received by Abby Rose Clothing will not be processed or reimbursed.

STORE CREDITS
Abby Rose Clothing understands that online shopping can be tricky in regards to styles and sizes. In the event a customer decides they no longer want an item(s) or if any item(s) are the wrong size, a store credit of equal value will be issued (excluding postage costs). All credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue, and can be used online in the form of a unique code or in store at our Burwood East, Melbourne location.

To return an item for a store credit,  the customer is required to complete the returns form that accompanies your package or alternatively can be downloaded from our Returns page. Customers must post back the item(s), once we receive the item(s) we will issue the customer a credit in the form of a unique code via email that can be used on www.abbyroseclothing.com or in store at our Burwood East location.

Abby Rose Clothing reserves the right to refuse a store credit on an item(s) if:

  • The item appears to have been worn
  • The original tags are no longer attached to the item or the tag appears to be altered and reattached by the customer
  • The item is returned after the 30 day return period
  • The item is not returned in the same condition when dispatched

TIPS FOR GETTING ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS

Online shopping can be tricky when it comes to choosing the right size for your body shape. Knowing your bust, waist & hip measurements is essential if you’re an online shopper.

  •  Do your measurements in your underwear.
  • Do your measurements in front of a mirror to ensure your posture is correct.
  • Use a soft tape measure so it can be easily moved around your body.
  • Keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor for all 3 measurements.
  • Record your measurements to ensure you don’t forget your size.
  • Do your measurements regularly to check for any changes.
